CANCELLATION POLICY FOR REGENDAYS 2025:

We understand that plans can change. The following cancellation policy applies to all ticket purchases for the Regendays 2025.:

1. Cancellation Requests:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our official email address: info@dentalni-megastore.hr
Please include your full name and details, number of tickets and the reason for cancellation in your request.

2. Refund Schedule:

45 days or more before the event: Full refund, minus a processing fee of 25 EUR.
30-44 days before the event: 50% refund of the ticket price.
29 days or less before the event: No refunds will be provided.

3. Transfer of Tickets:

Tickets may be transferred to another person without incurring additional charges. Please notify us at info@dentalni-megastore.hr with the new attendee’s details at least 7 days before the event.

4. Event Cancellation:

In the unlikely event that the Regendays 2025. is canceled, all ticket holders will receive a full refund of their ticket price. The organizers will not be responsible for any other costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation.

5. Changes to the Event:

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program or speakers without prior notice. No refunds will be issued for these changes.

6. Force Majeure:

In case the event is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government regulations), we will offer attendees the option to either attend the rescheduled event or receive a refund.

By purchasing a ticket to the Regendays 2025., you agree to this cancellation policy. We recommend purchasing refundable travel and accommodation arrangements where possible.
